General Shipping Info

  • We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Items in stock usually ship the next business day.
  • Our warehouse does not support order collection.

Once your order is ready to ship, we'll send you an email with a tracking number to keep you updated every step of the way.

It’s crucial to double-check your shipping address when placing an order, as we’re unable to reroute shipments once an order is placed.

Shipping Method

At checkout you may choose between the following options for your delivery;

  1. Can be left at the front door if nobody home or;
  2. A signature is required on delivery

Heads up! By selecting shipping without a signature, you'll be responsible for protecting your order from weather damage, theft or getting lost once your parcel(s) have been delivered.

By selecting shipping where a signature is required, someone must be home to accept the parcel(s). If no one is available to accept, your order will be sent to the nearest depot for collection and redelivery fees will apply if not collected.

Delays & RTS

  • We have no control over delays once an order has been processed by the shipping carrier
  • If your order was returned to us because of a wrong address entered by you or it was not collected, you will be liable for the cost of the re-delivery fees
  • We do not issue refunds if an order is delivered late / is sent back because it was incorrectly addressed by you / was not collected after an attempted delivery / any local taxes or duties were refused to be paid and the order returned to Australia / the order was refused
